I’m taking my own medicine😊

A tickle in the nose turned into constant sneezing, sinus& coughing that soon turned into phlegm.

Well the 🌿lichen tincture stopped the green phlegm and the 🌿goldenrod has slowed down all the other things.

I’m also taking 🌿echinacea for inflammation in my ‘hairdressers arm’.

Harnessing what we grow and making into medicine can be done by anyone.
The weeds are free but the vodka isn’t 😆
