Sunday! What a day!

I was asked if I had any people I know that would like to be "models" for a gentle scar therapy workshop hosted by the awesome and of course my reply was YES!!

So, I put the call out to a few people who I thought would be perfect! And they all said yes!

So we all trekked into the big smoke and met with so many keen, knowledgeable and experienced therapists who were very calm, confident, gentle and nurturing with my models!

They took what they learnt and treated each and every one with kindess, professionalism and care and they were able to show my people just how beneficial gentle scar treatment can be for not only new scars, but old ones too!

I loved seeing their faces of relief, happiness and just genuine wow factor once they got off the table!

Thank you Christine & Elicia from THLC for inviting us all along and guiding the therapists in the room!

Thank you to all my amazing clients/friends/family who trusted me to put them in good hands and say yes to something new to them, something different!

I was so proud of these awesome people that I know to trust, open up and be vulnerable to complete strangers and just trust the process to help others learn and grow!

One of the biggest mistakes people make is waiting until they're in pain to schedule a massage.

Your muscles get tight, you have restricted movement, get tension headaches, and stress that you just think is normal, as it creeps up on you!
These things don't usually appear overnight, they can build up over time.

Sometimes I do rest on my day off, however it's usually a life admin day!
Cleaning
Organising the home
My own appointments
Kids appointments
Food preparation
Catch up on washing

Just to name a few!

Today was a little food preparation day!
And I love when I'm home early enough to cook dinner by the tine everyone else gets home!

Belly's are full, heart is grateful!

To all my amazing family, friends, clients and community!

You may not have heard but there was a devastating fire overnight which has gutted our neighbouring community of Camden, and more so a local business and a very good friend of mine!

If you're looking for a place to have some good burgers tonight, then head over to Bradbury and visit Little Busy Bean, grab a burger and support a small business going through a hard time right now!

They were the little business inside the Camden Falcons soccer club and part of the falcons family!

You won't be disappointed! The food is great, the coffee is amazing and the people are superb!

I've been working alongside this amazing crew on and off for a while and they are some awesome people!
