I use essential oils every day in my life. Whether it is using them in a diffuser in my office or home, on an aromatherapy bracelet or in a massage or body oil, I have them all around (and over) me.

The reason why aromatherapy has become so popular I think is the relative ease that you can use and access the oils. They are a pleasant, non-intrusive way of healing.

Make sure you use your oils to support you, it's a simple way to create a wonderful environment in your home.

I have 2 treatments available Sunday afternoon, but that's all this week lovelies.
