Care Group Community Services was established in 2019, to provide full service support to disadvantaged communities within Western Sydney and has since grown to support the QLD and VIC region. We alleviate hardship through the provision of emergency care and services for people at risk. Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions and care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

By the time one of our support workers arrives at the front door, a lot has already happened behind the scenes. 🌱

We’ve taken the time to understand the person, spoken with their care team, considered the right staff match and, where appropriate, arranged meet and greets before support begins.

Because good support isn’t about filling a shift. It’s about finding the right fit and putting the right support around each person.

So when we knock on the door, we’re not starting from the beginning. We’re continuing support that’s already been thoughtfully put in place.

Our newly built Robust SDA home is now available, with expressions of interest open.

Designed to support comfortable, independent living, the home features 3 bedrooms with both single and dual occupancy options available.

Hello, Rockhampton. 💙

We’re excited to officially be supporting the Rockhampton community, with SIL and SDA homes now available in the region.

For us, a new region is about more than opening homes. It’s about getting to know the people, building meaningful connections and creating places where people feel supported, included and at home.

We’re looking forward to meeting participants, families, local organisations and the wider community as we connect, grow and build new friendships together.

Rockhampton, we’re here, and we can’t wait to get to know you.

After many wonderful years at our Bringelly SIL home, it was time to wish Mo all the best as he begins a new chapter at one of our South Region homes. 💫

The faces around him may change, but one thing stays the same, our commitment to walking alongside the people we support through every stage of their journey.

Thank you to our Bringelly (Yellow Stone) team for the beautiful send-off, and to our South Region team for already making Mo feel so welcome.

Here’s to new friendships, new memories and an exciting new chapter. 💙

Half way through 2026 and the Origin energy is still going strong. 🏉

Game one is done, and game two is just two weeks away. But while the teams are in camp preparing, we are out here doing what we do every single day. Showing up. Showing out. In every state, for every person.
