Macarthur Disability Services (MDS) supports students leaving school in 2026 to transition confidently into adult life. Starting early allows students to build confidence, settle into new environments and connect with peers and staff before finishing school.

MDS offers Livelihood and Pathways to Employment (PTE), supporting participants to develop 20 transferable workplace skills while gaining hands on experience.

๐ Community Inclusion Supports โ Day Programs
Dynamic day programs across Southwestern Sydney and Southern Highlands with 50+ centre and community activities including VR, sensory rooms, sport and creative arts programs which supports participants to develop independence and social connections.

๐งณ LaunchPad Youth Employment Program (Ages 15โ18)
An employment-focused program supporting students to develop workplace readiness while still at school. Participants build communication, teamwork, time management skills, explore job pathways and work towards individual NDIS goals through hands-on learning.
