This morning’s Depositor ‘Cuppa Catch-up’ at the Campbelltown Catholic Club’s Harvest Bistro was filled with conversation, new connections, and excitement as Siquilla’s future residents gathered.

Michael Lavorato (CEO) gave an exciting update on the construction progress and the upcoming opportunity for residents to make personalisations to their apartments.

A quick update about SMS messages from Siquilla.

New rules are now in place that require businesses and organisations to register their SMS sender ID (the name shown instead of a phone number at the top of a text message).

Siquilla has registered their sender ID. This means any SMS messages you receive from us will show Siquilla as the sender.

If you are ever unsure whether an SMS is genuine, please contact us directly before clicking any links or sharing personal information.

Siquilla Construction Update.

Construction works for the diversion of Sydney Water’s potable water main on Old Menangle Road have now been completed.

The construction team are now embarking on the next step, which is the diversion of Sydney Water’s sewer main. Once this has been completed, shoring piles will be erected to stabilise surrounding ground during the excavation process.

On Friday, the Campbelltown Catholic Club's Harvest Bistro was buzzing with Siquilla's future residents coming together for another 'Cuppa Catch-up'.

Residents enjoyed catching up, and everyone had the chance to meet Aileen, the newest member of Siquilla's project team.

Many stayed to watch the Socceroos on the big screen, inviting friends to join them.

Thank you to everyone who attended. These catch-ups continue to grow, with more residents joining us each month, and we look forward to seeing everyone again at the next one.

Siquilla Construction Update.

Following our Turning of the Soil, works have been progressing well. Here we can see Alesha (Siquilla Consultant) checking on progress with Ben Lue (Project Manager, Taylor Construction Group), with lots of steel rebar reinforcing on site.

Taylor Construction Group will soon weave these into a protective shoring system along the perimeter edges to lock the ground in place. Once the barrier is set, we kick off deep foundation piling work.

On Friday, Siquilla's future residents came together for another 'Cuppa Catch-up' at Embers in Campbelltown Catholic Club.

This monthly catch-up is becoming something that depositors have said they really look forward to, and they cannot imagine not having it. We are so thrilled to see the Siquilla family come together.

With our biggest catch-up thus far, the room was buzzing as people came together in conversation about what furniture they are bringing when they move and what they're not! It was great to hear lots of fun banter making the event very enjoyable.
