Our last available public course for 2026 is next week. Can you believe it?

With the November course already booked out next week is your last chance to train with us locally for 2026.

Can you believe it’s that time of the year already? These are our final public course dates for 2026. So if you’ve been putting off updating your first aid or CPR now’s the time to book.

We still have limited spots available for private bookings if you need training for your team or workplace.

I’m a person with b***s, and I can assure you that if I ever have a cardiac arrest, I would very much like someone to do CPR.

I would like them to start compressions.

I would like them to expose my chest so they can attach a defibrillator.

And if they need to move my b**b out of the way to put the defibrillator pad in the right place, I hope they do that too.

Why am I telling you this?

Women experiencing cardiac arrest are less likely to receive lifesaving treatment from bystanders.

They are less likely to receive bystander CPR, even in their own homes.

They are also significantly less likely to receive defibrillation from a bystander.

The team at Nifat have launched the ‘They’re Bo***es, Not Barriers’ campaign to help close the gap. They have put together some fantastic resources for individuals and trainers. If you’d like to know more about how you can help to close the gap comment BO***ES below and I’ll send you the link.

We wanted our training equipment to feel a little more like real life, and keep them a little cleaner on their farm adventures, so they’ve been decked out in some new uniforms thanks to borne.apparel ❤️❤️

Choose from:
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, or
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education or care setting.

Friday 31st of July at 9.30am we’re running a toddler friendly first aid training course in Camperdown.

Choose from HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

We've got first aid courses coming up in Camperdown and Timboon, with both evening and daytime sessions now available to make fitting training into your schedule a little easier.

And keep an eye out for something we're really excited about – our upcoming Mum & Bubs First Aid Course.

Designed around school hours and the beautiful chaos of motherhood, it'll be a relaxed, accredited first aid session where babies are welcome, coffee and morning tea are included, and there'll be plenty of laughs along the way.

Because learning life-saving skills doesn't have to mean finding a babysitter or sitting in a stuffy classroom. 🤍
