Created from our own lived experience caring for Sofia, each blanket features a unique front opening for easy use while seated and adjustable side straps to help keep it securely in place, reducing the risk of slipping or getting caught in the wheels.

We regularly receive orders and invoice requests from plan managers, and many families across Australia have successfully used their NDIS funding to purchase Mimi Blankets.

On our way interstate today for Sofia's scoliosis review 💜

She has been working so hard in her physiotherapy to help maintain her scoliosis and slow its progression. We're incredibly proud of her determination and all the effort she puts in every day.

For now, sleeping soundly in her cosy Mimi 💕 It has been great for the car trips 🚗

Mimi Blankets began because I couldn't find what Sofia needed 💖

I wanted a blanket that would keep her warm and secure without constantly slipping off or getting caught in the wheels. And I wanted colour—because there simply wasn't enough joy, brightness, and choice in the disability world.

What started as a solution for Sofia has grown into something that brings comfort, colour, and happiness to families around the world. For that, I am incredibly grateful 🙏💕
