First of all, we see you. Pregnancy fatigue is real, and doing it through a chilly period makes it even harder to find the motivation to move your body.
So do you still need to exercise? The honest answer is that some movement is almost always better than none, but that doesn't mean pushing through exhaustion to get a workout in.
It means listening to your body and finding what feels manageable on any given day. On the days you have energy, gentle exercise during pregnancy can actually help with fatigue, improve your sleep, support your pelvic floor and help prepare your body for birth.
On the days you don't, rest is just as valid. A short walk, a prenatal class, some light stretching: it all counts.
And if you're unsure what's right for your body at your stage of pregnancy, that's exactly what we're here for. Book in with one of our physios and we'll help you figure out what movement should look like for you right now 💛🤰
