Beautiful ones,

I wanted to share our upcoming Sacred Cacao Circle dates for the remainder of 2026 so you can pop them in your calendar and save any that are calling to you.

I love that we get to continue gathering in Circle throughout the year, moving with the New and Full Moons and meeting the different invitations each one brings.

Every Circle is different, with its own energy and intention and space to connect, go inward, release, receive and simply be.

All Circles are held at Wattle Park Hall, Wallaroo from 6:30–9:30pm.

I would love to welcome you into Circle with us.

RETURN TO SOUL

There comes a time when the invitation is no longer to become more…

but to remember.

To move beneath the roles we hold, the expectations we carry and everything we have learned ourselves to be…

and return to something deeper.

The essence of who we are.

The part of us that knows.

Our gifts.
Our desires.
Our inner knowing.
What brings us alive.
What we are here to experience, express and embody.

This November, I’m creating a three-night space devoted to that remembering.

A space to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself more deeply.

To nourish the body.
To quiet the mind.
To listen to the soul.

To rest.
To play.
To create.
To move.
To receive.

And to remember the deeper essence of who you are.

Not to become someone new.
To return to what has always been there.

RETURN TO SOUL
Ocean Retreat · November 2026

Before you learned what was acceptable.

Before you learned there was a right way and a wrong way to be.

Before you became aware of how you were being perceived.

Before you began looking outside yourself for clues about who you needed to be.

There was a time when so much of you was simply natural.

You laughed because something was funny.

You moved because your body wanted to move.

You created because creating felt good.

You dreamed without first asking whether the dream was realistic.

You liked what you liked.

You felt what you felt.

You were curious, instinctive, expressive and alive.

And then, little by little, we learn.

We learn what receives approval.

What creates belonging.

What makes other people comfortable.

What is considered too loud, too sensitive, too emotional, too different, too much.

And without necessarily realising it, we can begin to edit ourselves.

This is where the medicine of REWILDING takes us.

Rewilding isn’t about becoming wild.

It isn’t about rejecting who we’ve become.

And it isn’t about creating another version of ourselves that we now need to live up to.

It is about remembering what was natural before we learned to question it.

And perhaps releasing some of the old rules, expectations and identities we learned to carry along the way.

Perhaps part of that remembering is also reconsidering what belonging really means.

What if belonging wasn’t about sameness?

What if there wasn’t a right or wrong way to be?

What if we could meet one another with curiosity rather than judgement, allowing ourselves and each other to be fully expressed?

Because true belonging shouldn’t require us to become more alike.

Perhaps it asks us to create spaces where difference is welcome, authenticity is safe and each person is free to be who they are.

Tomorrow night’s Leo New Moon and Total Solar Eclipse brings us back to the heart.

To creativity.
To courage.
To expression.
To play.
To joy.
To the younger parts of ourselves that may still remember something we’ve forgotten.

So perhaps sit with these questions today:

What did I love before I worried whether I was good at it?

What did I dream about before I decided what was realistic?

What part of myself have I quietened because I thought it didn’t belong?

What have I been waiting for myself to remember?

And perhaps most importantly:

What brings me alive?

This is the invitation of REWILDING.

To reconnect with joy, not as a performance, but as your birthright.

Not to become someone new.

To return more deeply to what is already true.

There is something most of us do without realising.

We say we want change…

Yet we keep creating the same patterns.

We long for deeper connection…

Yet something holds us back.

We set intentions for the life we want…

Yet find ourselves returning to what feels familiar.

What if the question isn’t…

What do I want to create?

What if the deeper question is…

What part of me is creating my life?

Every heart develops ways of protecting itself.

At some point, the nervous system learns that protection is necessary.

What once helped us navigate disappointment, rejection, loss or heartbreak can quietly become the way we continue moving through life.

Protection can become so familiar that we mistake it for our personality.

We tell ourselves, “This is just who I am.”

But perhaps there is more to the story.

The heart doesn’t open through force.

It opens through safety.

And when protection no longer has to work so hard…

Something begins to soften.

We become more available to hear what is true.

The wisdom of the heart.

Our intuition.

Our inner knowing.

Our Higher Self.

From that place…

We don’t simply think differently.

We create differently.

We stop striving…

And begin creating from alignment.

Perhaps manifestation doesn’t begin by becoming someone different.

Perhaps it begins by remembering who you are…

And creating from that place.

This is the deeper medicine we’ll be exploring together at the Lion’s Gate Portal ~ Evening Retreat.

Through ceremonial cacao, gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, ThetaHealing®, energy clearing, manifestation practices, reflective journalling and warm homemade pumpkin soup, we’ll gently create enough safety for the body to soften, reconnect with the wisdom within and consciously create from truth rather than protection.

The Cancer New Moon invites us to pause and turn inward.

A return to ourselves.

A return to what truly matters.

A return to the quiet wisdom that has always lived within us.

Cancer governs our emotional world.

Our sense of safety.

Our belonging.

Our emotional memory.

This New Moon gently invites us to become aware of the emotional patterns, subconscious agreements and ways of protecting ourselves that may have once served us, but no longer support the life we’re consciously choosing to create.

Alongside Mercury, Neptune and Pluto Retrograde, we’re being invited to pause before moving forward.

To become aware of what we’re still carrying.

Because what we continue to carry quietly shapes the way we experience life.

The New Moon is an inflow.

A sacred beginning.

An invitation to reconnect with what truly matters before planting new intentions.

To honour all that has brought us here.

To release what no longer belongs.

To consciously choose what we’ll carry into this next chapter.

This is the medicine of Homecoming.

Remembering who you are beneath the old stories.

Beneath the fear.

Beneath the patterns of self-protection.

Coming home to the truth that has always lived within you.

And from that place, consciously choosing the life you’re here to create.

When your emotional world begins to come back into alignment with your truth, your relationship with yourself begins to change.

Through repeated choices that honour that truth, self-trust begins to grow.

Your choices become clearer.

Your boundaries become stronger.

Your intuition becomes easier to hear.

And your life begins to reflect the truth of who you are.

This is the space we’ll create together.

Tuesday 14 July
6.30 pm – 9.30 pm
Wattle Park Hall, Wallaroo

A gentle space to reconnect with your body.

Your heart.

Your intuition.

Your soul.

To listen deeply.

To honour your truth.

To release what no longer belongs.

To strengthen what does.

To remember what it feels like to be home within yourself.

If your heart has been quietly whispering yes, I’d love to hold space for you 🤍

04/07/2026

It happens so quietly that one day, you simply realise…

You don’t feel like yourself anymore.

Somewhere along the way, we quietly leave ourselves behind.

Life gets busy.

Responsibility is stacked upon responsibility.

We keep showing up.

We keep giving.

We keep caring.

We keep pushing through.

From the outside, life can look full.

Yet beneath all the doing, we slowly lose connection with ourselves… and with the light that has always lived within us.

We feel overwhelmed.

Disconnected.

Like we’re moving through life on autopilot.

We can’t switch off.

We can’t remember what it feels like to simply be.

We begin to wonder why we feel so disconnected.

Why we don’t feel like ourselves anymore.

Why, despite everything we’ve achieved, something still feels missing.

Last weekend, I had the privilege of holding space for a group of women at my Return to Light retreat.

Before they arrived, each woman carried a different story.

Different experiences.

Different patterns.

Different truths.

Yet I could already see a common thread gently weaving through each of them.

Over time, each woman had slowly become disconnected from herself.

Over three nights together, through gentle guidance, honest reflection and transformational inner work, something beautiful began to unfold.

As they slowed down, softened and turned their attention inward, they began to notice the patterns that had quietly shaped the way they had been moving through life.

And once we truly see those patterns…

We can’t unsee them.

As those layers began to soften, something even more beautiful emerged.

They reconnected with parts of themselves they thought they’d lost.

They also discovered parts of themselves they had forgotten were still there.

Parts of themselves that had been waiting patiently beneath years of responsibility.

Constant doing.

Survival.

And putting everyone else’s needs before their own.

Parts that had never stopped holding wisdom.

Truth.

Light.

Magic.

After the retreat had come to an end, I sat quietly with each woman’s reflections.

As I read their words, I was deeply moved.

One woman remembered gifts she thought she’d lost.

Another realised she’d been searching outside herself for a sense of safety that had been within her all along.

Another found a place where she no longer needed to perform or pretend.

Another gave herself permission to slow down and choose herself without guilt.

Different journeys.

The same remembering.

Over the weekend, I watched masks gently fall away.

I watched women reconnect with their truth.

Reconnect with their wisdom.

Reconnect with themselves.

I watched them begin to see themselves with greater honesty, compassion and love.

When we reconnect with our true self, we begin to see our own magic again.

We begin to meet life differently.

With greater freedom.

Greater truth.

Greater self-devotion.

As the retreat came to an end, I knew this was only the beginning.

The beginning of moving through life with greater trust.

Greater presence.

And a deeper devotion to themselves.

The breakthroughs continue to unfold long after the retreat ends.

In the quiet moments.

In the choices we make.

In the way we meet ourselves.

In the gentle practice of returning, again and again.

Returning to our truth.

Returning to our wisdom.

Returning to our light.

Returning home to ourselves.

If you’re reading this and quietly thinking,

“I just want to feel like me again…”

Know this.

Your light was never gone.

It never left you.

You simply lost connection with it.

The beautiful thing is this…

It has been waiting patiently for your return all along.

Nothing to become.

Only someone to remember. ✨

27/06/2026

Many of us learnt how to navigate the world around us.

How to be responsible.

How to care for others.

How to meet expectations.

How to keep the peace.

Yet many of us were never really taught how to navigate the world within us.

How to sit quietly with ourselves.

How to stay present with what we’re feeling.

How to feel our sadness without pushing it away.

Our anger without judging it.

Our grief without trying to outrun it.

Our overwhelm without trying to fix it.

Our longing without dismissing it.

How to gently explore the cracks, the crevices and the hidden corners of who we truly are.

For many of us, it simply didn’t feel safe to stay.

It didn’t feel safe to feel.

It didn’t feel safe to question.

It didn’t feel safe to trust our own knowing.

So we adapted.

Little by little, we became disconnected from ourselves.

We learnt to override what we felt.

To silence our intuition.

To ignore our inner knowing.

And instead, we began looking outside ourselves.

For approval.

For permission.

For reassurance.

For acceptance.

For someone else to tell us we were okay.

That we were doing the right thing.

That we were safe.

We spend so much of our lives looking outside ourselves for answers we’ve never really been taught to find within.

Every time we leave ourselves, we weaken the relationship we have with ourselves.

How can we trust ourselves when we’ve spent years walking away from ourselves?

Trust grows through the relationship we have with ourselves.

Just as trust with another person is built through presence, curiosity, honesty and time, the same is true of the relationship we have with ourselves.

Every time we choose to stay…

Every time we listen…

Every time we become curious instead of judgemental…

Every time we honour what we’re feeling instead of abandoning it…

The relationship begins to deepen.

And as the relationship deepens, trust naturally begins to grow.

Not because we’ve become someone different.

But because we’ve taken the time to know ourselves.

The light.

The shadow.

The joy.

The grief.

The certainty.

The uncertainty.

All of it.

As trust grows, we begin to feel safer within ourselves.

Our inner world becomes steadier.

Our voice becomes clearer.

Our choices become more aligned.

And little by little, our outer life begins to reflect who we truly are.

That is alignment.

Not everything falling perfectly into place.

But our life becoming an expression of who we truly are.

Perhaps this is the deeper invitation of this Capricorn Full Moon.

Not simply to trust yourself.

But to stay with yourself.

To become deeply curious about yourself.

To know yourself so deeply that trust no longer feels like something you have to chase.

It becomes something that naturally grows.

Because when we deepen the relationship we have with ourselves, trust grows.

And when trust grows, we begin to feel safe enough to stay with ourselves.

From that place, our life begins to become an expression of who we truly are.

Happy Winter Solstice, beautiful ones.

As I sit here on retreat this Winter Solstice, surrounded by stillness, candlelight and beautiful souls, I find myself reflecting on the medicine of this season.

Today marks the longest night and the shortest day of the year. A sacred turning point and a reminder that even in the deepest darkness, the light begins to return.

Many people feel they’re in the thick of life right now. Holding responsibilities, navigating uncertainty, supporting others and quietly carrying more than most people realise.

Winter offers us a different invitation.

Not to push.
Not to strive.
Not to have all the answers.

But to pause, listen and return.

I love the simplicity of this saying:

To become enlightened, you stop running all the time and begin to walk.

Once you are walking, you slow down.

And once you slow down, you stop.

And once you stop, you come home to your true self.

How often do we spend our lives running towards the next goal, the next achievement or the next answer, believing fulfilment is waiting somewhere ahead of us?

Yet perhaps what we have been searching for has been within us all along.

The restless mind has been looking for peace.

The searching heart has been looking for home.

Perhaps that is the medicine of Winter Solstice.

Not becoming someone new.

Not fixing yourself.

Not searching for something outside of yourself.

But remembering.

Remembering your truth.

Remembering your essence.

Remembering the light that has never left you.

Even when life became busy.

Even when life became heavy.

Even when you forgot.

Perhaps what is returning is not something new at all.

Perhaps it is simply you.

Coming home to your true self.

Home to your light.

Home to your essence.

Home to the place within you that knows, at its core, that you already have everything you need.

Wishing you a beautiful Winter Solstice filled with stillness, reflection and a gentle return to the light within.

With love,

Nic ✨

Have you noticed yourself feeling pulled in different directions lately?

One day you feel clear. The next day you question everything.

One moment you feel excited by possibility. The next, you find yourself overthinking, seeking reassurance or waiting until you feel more certain before taking the next step.

You think about it. Research it. Talk yourself into it, then talk yourself out of it. You consider every possible outcome, trying to find the certainty that tells you exactly what to do next.

And yet, despite all of that thinking, you still don’t feel any closer to knowing.

I think a lot of people are standing in this space right now.

Feeling mentally restless.

Feeling pulled between possibilities and uncomfortable with not knowing.

Wondering if they are missing something or waiting for the certainty that tells them they are finally ready.

But what if waiting for certainty is the very thing keeping you from what is trying to emerge?

This Gemini New Moon feels deeply connected to that threshold.

New Moons are the beginning of something. Seeds. Potential. Possibility. The quiet unfolding of what is coming into being.

Yet emergence rarely arrives with certainty.

It often begins with curiosity.

A new perspective.

A possibility you had not considered before.

A feeling that something is shifting, even if you cannot fully explain it yet.

Gemini is symbolised by the Twins.

Not because we are meant to choose one side of ourselves over another, but because part of being human is learning to hold different perspectives at the same time.

The part of us that wants certainty.

And the part of us that is willing to remain open to possibility.

The part of us that wants guarantees.

And the part of us that senses something new is trying to emerge.

The challenge comes when our need for certainty keeps us stuck. When overthinking becomes a way of trying to feel safe. When we convince ourselves we need all the answers before we allow ourselves to move forward.

The medicine of this Gemini New Moon is openness.

Yet openness can feel difficult when certainty has become the way we have learned to feel safe.

Perhaps the invitation isn’t to force yourself to trust.

Perhaps it’s to gently remember that safety can also exist within you.

As we begin to feel safe enough to soften our grip on needing to know, trust starts to grow.

Perhaps the answer isn’t learning how to trust the unknown.

Perhaps it’s learning how to trust yourself in the presence of the unknown.

Trusting that uncertainty does not mean you are lost.

Trusting that you do not need the entire path revealed before you.

Because discovery isn’t something we force.

It is something we allow.

And through openness and trust, emergence begins to unfold naturally.

Perhaps you don’t need more certainty right now.

Perhaps you simply need permission to soften your grip on needing to know.

What if you didn’t need certainty to feel safe?

What if safety didn’t come from having all the answers, but from trusting yourself to navigate what unfolds?

This Moon asks:

• Where am I seeking certainty before allowing myself to move forward?

• What possibilities might become available if I remained open a little longer?

• What would change if I trusted that I don’t need all the answers right now?

If you’ve been feeling pulled between possibilities, changing your mind or feeling uneasy because you don’t know exactly where you’re going, you may simply be standing in the space between what has been and what is emerging.

This Sunday, we gather for our Gemini New Moon Sacred Cacao Circle ~ Emergence.

A space to soften the need to have all the answers.

To reconnect with curiosity and openness.

To reconnect with the inner safety that allows trust to grow.

And to explore what becomes possible when you soften your grip on certainty and allow emergence to unfold.
