Today is R U OK? Day — but the question is one we should be asking all year round.

In our industry, we spend so much time checking in on the people we support that sometimes we forget to check in on the people beside us.

A quick coffee.
A walk and a chat.
A message saying, “How are you really going?”
Or simply taking the time to listen.

You don't need to have the perfect words or be able to fix everything. Sometimes, just knowing someone cares can make a bigger difference than we realise.

At Axis Supports, we’re lucky to have a team that looks out for each other, supports our participants and isn’t afraid to ask the important questions.

We’ve been welcoming work experience students into our office, celebrating team birthdays, connecting with local organisations at networking events, giving back through clean-up initiatives, and sharing our industry knowledge with Diploma of Community Services students at Key2learning College
