Not all fungal nail treatments work the same way.

You might be surprised to learn that uneven leg lengths are actually pretty common.

Even a small difference can change the way you move and, over time, may contribute to overuse injuries, especially if you're active or spend a lot of time on your feet.

Some signs to look out for:
✔️ One shoe wearing out faster than the other
✔️ Ongoing hip, knee or lower back pain
✔️ Feeling a bit "off" when you walk or run

The good news is there are ways to help. Depending on what's causing it, orthotics, strengthening exercises or a combination of both may improve the way you move and reduce unnecessary strain. If something doesn't feel quite right, it's worth booking in with a podiatrist to find out what's going on.
