We combine advanced technology, proven products and a holistic approach to support you on your skin journey. The Clinic Skin Health was born from passion and need. At the core of our philosophy is skin health, we believe in addressing the root of a skin condition, not just the aesthetics. Results are achieved through a bespoke approach to prescribed dermal therapies, skincare and nutrition supplem

entation. The skin is our largest organ; it's the most visible, the most critiqued yet still the most under appreciated. Our focus is not only in treating and maintaining but educating our clients on the importance of valuing our integumentary system, which is our skin. We have carefully curated a range of skincare and nutritional supplements in addition to having the latest technology available for your dermal therapies. Our skin covers our entire body and yet we spend most of our time and money investing in looking after only our face, and then cover it with make-up! Unfortunately, intrinsic and extrinsic ageing affects all of our skin. Here at The Clinic Skin Health, we have paramedical treatments from head to literally toe. Our approach is revise, rebuild, repair and maintain. We are not doctors or nurses; we are Dermal Clinician’s that have Degree qualifications or higher with our founder holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science.

Some products were always meant to be pairs. Here's the why behind each of these.

Vintner's Daughter essence + serum. The Active Treatment Essence goes first, designed to flood skin with hydration and prep it — so the Active Botanical Serum that follows can absorb better and seal everything in. One opens the door, one walks through it.

SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic + Discoloration Defense. One prevents, one corrects. C E Ferulic is your morning antioxidant, designed to help defend against the environmental stress that triggers pigment in the first place. Discoloration Defense works on the appearance of the discolouration that's already there. Treating pigment without preventing new pigment is how people end up going in circles.

Biologique Recherche Lait Dermo-S + Lotion P50. The order is the whole point. The cleansing milk removes the day without stripping, so the famous P50 can do its gentle exfoliating, rebalancing work on clean, calm skin — not fight through residue first.

SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E + Glycolic 10. The night shift. Glycolic 10 is designed to encourage surface renewal while you sleep; Resveratrol B E supports your skin's own overnight antioxidant defences. Renewal and repair, working the same shift.

Every one of these pairings depends on your skin tolerating it — which is exactly what we check before recommending anything. Ask us at your next visit, or start with a consultation.

Which pair is already on your shelf?

Available in clinic and through our online shop.

The shed you noticed this week probably started months ago.

That's the strange thing about hair: it runs on a lag. A trigger — birth, hormonal change, rapid weight loss, a hard season — quietly pushes follicles into their resting phase, and the visible shedding arrives around month three, right when most people have stopped connecting the two.

So if your brush is suddenly fuller, you're not imagining it, and you're not doing anything wrong. Your hair is on its own slow clock.

Start with a scalp assessment: honest eyes, realistic expectations, and a plan only if one is warranted. Book via the link in bio.

Individual results vary. Suitability is always assessed in consultation.

Skin is our thing. But never just skin.

Between the three of us: dermal science, clinic management, an award from Biologique Recherche, postgraduate study, and a shared belief that skin never misbehaves without a reason — it's hormones, gut, stress, seasons, life. That's why we look at all of it.

Different specialties, one obsession: understanding your skin properly before we touch it.

That's the whole thing. That's why it's our thing.

Some people book a facial for their skin. Most come back for how it makes the rest of them feel.

There's a moment in nearly every treatment, usually somewhere between the cleanse and the facial massage, when the shoulders drop, the jaw unclenches, and the to-do list goes quiet. We designed the whole experience around that moment: unhurried, warm, and matched to your skin on the day.

Your skin gets expert hands. The rest of you gets an hour that belongs entirely to you.

Clear skin for years. Then you stopped the pill, and your jawline noticed first.

Here's the part nobody explains. For years, your pill was quietly working a second job, keeping your oil production calm. When you stopped, that job stopped with it. And skin doesn't react overnight.

Post-pill breakouts tend to surface three to six months later, usually along the jaw and chin, which is exactly when most people have stopped connecting the two.

So it feels random. It isn't. It's on schedule.

Then comes the mistake: treating it like teenage acne. Stronger scrubs, harsher actives, stripping everything back, until the barrier is compromised on top of skin that's already recalibrating.

Post-pill skin isn't a product problem. It's a whole-body recalibration, and it deserves a plan that looks at hormones, gut and barrier together. That's exactly what our Bespoke Skin & Health Consultation with Cara is designed to do.

If this is you right now, you're not doing anything wrong. Your skin is on time. Save this for the next person who comes off the pill, and come let's read yours properly. Link in bio.

Canberra, this is where your skin gets taken seriously.

Tucked into Campbell, we built a space that works the way we think skin care should. Understanding before treating. Imaging before opinions. A team of dermal clinicians, doctors, a compounding chemist and a bodywork practitioner, all under one roof, because skin rarely has just one cause.

It's also the only clinic in the ACT carrying Biologique Recherche, and the kind of room where your shoulders come down from your ears somewhere between walking in and sitting down.

Every plan here starts the same way, with a consultation and a proper look at your skin. If you've been meaning to start, this is the place to do it.

Individual treatment plans are always tailored following consultation.

Rosacea loves a snow trip. Just not in the way you’d hope.

Cold wind strips the skin barrier. The dash from the freezing chairlift to the roaring fire dilates fragile vessels. And altitude UV is stronger than most people expect, with snow reflecting it straight back at your face. It’s the perfect storm for a flare, and every winter we see the aftermath in clinic.

We’re not about to tell you to skip the mountain. We’d just pack your toiletries bag differently, and this is the exact list we give our own patients: a gentle non-foaming cleasner, a soothing serum, a richer barrier moisturiser than you use at home, mineral SPF 50 and an SPF lip balm.

The full details, plus what to do on the mountain and in the fortnight before you leave, are in the slides.

Two small truths worth knowing before you go: reapply your SPF at lunch, because snow bounces UV back up at you. And go gently on the mulled wine by the fire, because alcohol and heat are a flushing double act.

Comment SNOW and we’ll send the complete packing list straight to your DMs, ready to screenshot.

Heading to the snow this season? Tell us where, and how your skin usually handles it.

Off to the mountains with reactive skin and not sure your routine will cope? A pre-trip consultation is the calm way to sort it. Link in our bio.

This information is general in nature. Rosacea is best assessed in person, and recommendations are always tailored in consultation.

The most valuable appointment with Dr Raquel Zanetti involves no treatment at all.

It's the consultation and if you've never sat in one with a Cosmetic Physician, here's what it actually looks like.

Dr Zanetti starts with your facial anatomy. How your features balance one another, how your face moves and expresses, what naturally shifts through different life stages.

Her approach is harmony over change, so any recommendation is about supporting your features, never replacing them.

Sometimes, the honest advice is treatment. Sometimes it's patience. Either way, you leave informed and unpressured, with a plan that makes sense for your face.

Beyond the clinic, Dr Zanetti trains other practitioners and contributes to ongoing clinical research, which means the guidance you receive reflects current, evidence-informed practice.

If you've been curious but cautious, the consultation is exactly where to start. Book with Dr Zanetti via the link in our bio.

Your skin was fine in April. So what happened?

Winter happened. And it is rarely just the weather. It is the hot shower you linger in because the bathroom is freezing.

The heater running all night, quietly pulling moisture from the air and from your skin. The cold Canberra wind on the school run.

Each one chips away at your skin barrier, the protective outer layer that holds moisture in and keeps irritants out.

When that barrier is under pressure, skin feels tight, looks flushed and reacts to products it usually loves.

The instinct is to add more, a new serum, a stronger exfoliant, another step. In winter, the smarter move is usually the opposite: shorter, warmer showers, a richer moisturiser, fewer actives and consistent barrier support.

If your skin has been unsettled since the cold set in, you do not have to figure it out alone. Book a consultation and we will build a winter skin plan together, link in our bio.

This information is general in nature. Your skin is best assessed in person, and recommendations are always tailored in consultation.
