R U OK? Day + a Cup of Joe โ€” what a beautiful combination to mark the day! โ˜•๐Ÿ’›

Itโ€™s always good to pause from our busy routines, gather together, say hello, share a coffee, and simply check in with one another.

Sometimes, the simplest question โ€œR U OK?โ€ can have the greatest impact. It opens a conversation, shows that we care, and reminds us that no one has to go through things alone.

At JCSMR ANU, supporting the wellbeing of our students and staff is an important part of who we are. Today was a wonderful reminder that creating a caring and connected community can start with something as simple as a cup of coffee and a genuine conversation.
