🎉 Two years on the team for Eli! 🐾

Today marks two years since Eli officially joined the Canine Therapy Team at Well Adjusted Osteopathy.

It’s fair to say she was a slow starter.

Her early performance reviews raised a few concerns around confidence, initiative and general commitment to the role. 😂

But she kept turning up, put in the hours and, under the expert mentorship of our senior canine therapist Rufus, gradually found her feet.

Somewhere along the way, Eli blossomed.

She passed her probation period, developed her own very particular approach to patient care, and has become a much-loved member of the clinic team.

We love having her in the clinic, and judging by the attention she receives, quite a few of our patients do too.

Happy two-year work anniversary, Eli. 🐶❤️

Rufus remains available for ongoing professional supervision.

Sometimes something will trigger you out of nowhere.
The real skill isn’t avoiding triggers — it’s having a few simple tools to bring your body back to calm and remind yourself:
I’m here. I’m safe. And this moment is not the past.

Working together to keep you active and doing the things that make you happy.

At Well Adjusted Osteo, we use hands-on treatment to restore proper function, ease tension, and help your body work smarter — not just harder. We like to always pay consideration to body and mind working - working together in harmony - although when you see us your body and mind are often in disharmony.
