Axe throwing team bonding activity – what could possibly go wrong?! 😂

Let's just say there was plenty of competition, a few questionable throws, and A LOT of laughs!

It's always good to step away from the clinic, have some fun together and remember that behind the physio treatment, we're a team who genuinely enjoy working together. 💙

Congratulations to our very own speedy Gonzales, Robert Ho, on completing the City2Surf in a record time of 54 minutes 8 seconds — what an achievement! 🏃‍♂️👏

Post-run, Robert’s recovery session included a strength and movement assessment to identify anything that may need attention before returning to training, along with targeted manual therapy for areas feeling tight or uncomfortable.
