Nestled by the lake, Lakeside Wellness is a beautiful space dedicated to wellbeing, offering sauna, massage, floatation therapy, naturopathy, and a range of holistic health services.

You can now pick up your favourite Soul Herbal Tea blends and ceremonial cacao while visiting the clinic, and perhaps take the opportunity to enjoy a little self-care while you're there.

Guests are also welcomed with a complimentary cup of Soul Herbal Tea on arrival — a simple invitation to slow down, settle in, and nourish yourself.

There's something about a high-quality, ceremonial-grade Cacao that makes you feel special ✨️🥰✨️

I made myself a Cacao Dream ☕️ this afternoon, with a splash of boiled water, topped with steamed and frothed plant mylk, and it came out perfectly 👌

I felt satisfied, warm, and content. Slow moments with myself. And then ready to go on with my day, bringing this grounded energy with me. 💜

I haven't been going to markets for a while.
One of the things I enjoy about being at the markets is the conversations I get to have with people about their worlds of Tea and Cacao.

I get invited into your worlds. Your favourite teas, ones you can't find anymore but used to love, the way you make it a ritual, a part of your day that you look forward to, your special Tea pots, how you take care of your self with tea.
