A supportive space for estranged parents to connect, share, and rebuild confidence together, with a focus on encouragement and mutual support.

Care and Connect for Estranged Parents Australia (CaCEPA) hosts informal meet-ups across most Australian states, with some states offering two locations. These gatherings are a chance for parents experiencing estrangement to sit with others who genuinely understand the grief, confusion and isolation that can come with it.
