Today is 'Dying to know' Day which is a reminder to have a chat with those you love about what you want for your end of life as well as the celebration of your life when you die, and what form that will take.

I encourage conversations about because it makes it so much easier on those you love when the time comes.

They gathered to honour and celebrate him with many wonderful tributes from those who had the benefit of knowing him. There were common references in each, including his kindness, generosity, wit and talents, and all agreed he still had much more to give.
He has many passions too, including, books, Lego and sweet treats, so those attending were invited to take some chocolate and Lego with them when they left.

Most times when I'm engaged as a celebrant, I lead, but on occasion I am simply in the wings ready to step in if needed.
In all, I offer advice, support and guidance to ensure those involved can say their last goodbye in a way that works best for them.
