Wow sharing an image I created after a client session revealed her soul in Avatar form lying encapsulated off planet Weird I know.
There was so many messages her higher self was wanting to share. One of these is quite poignant for all of us is below.

✨ About My Energetic Sessions ✨
Due to the depth and intensity of these sessions, I allow up to 2 hours for each appointment, including time for integration and debriefing afterwards.
One of the questions I am often asked is, “What do I need to tell you before the session?” My answer is usually: very little. In fact, I prefer minimal conversation beforehand. The less I know, the more I can trust what naturally presents itself during the session without influence or expectation.
These sessions are primarily focused on clearing stagnant or outdated energy, creating space for new possibilities, greater clarity, and helping people reconnect with their own inner guidance. Many clients seek support during times of transition, such as relationship breakdowns, career changes, grief, or feeling stuck in repetitive patterns.
By releasing old energetic imprints, people often gain a fresh perspective and can move forward with greater awareness and intention.
It is important to note that energetic sessions are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or mental health care. If someone is experiencing significant mental health challenges, I encourage them to seek support from a qualified mental health professional who is appropriately trained to provide the care they need.
My role is to support energetic wellbeing, self-reflection, and personal growth alongside other forms of professional support where appropriate. 🌿✨
