Lipoedema doesn't just affect fat. As fat accumulates abnormally in the tissue, it puts pressure on the lymphatic vessels running through those areas and starts to impair the body's ability to drain fluid properly.

The result is swelling, tenderness, and a heaviness in the legs that gets worse as the day goes on. Over time, if the condition progresses and lymphatic drainage becomes severely compromised, lipoedema can develop into lipo-lymphoedema, where both conditions are present and management becomes significantly more complex.

This is exactly why daily lymphatic support isn't optional for lipoedema. It's the most important thing you can do to slow progression.

Part 2 for beginners. This is the stuff women keep calling normal. 🧤

❌ Puffy underarms.
❌ Swollen ankles.
❌ That stubborn “fat bum” feeling that will not shift.

These are super common signs the body might be holding fluid and feeling congested.

This is why the CJ Sequence is chest first always.
Open the top, then work down.

Save this. Try it daily for a week.
Part 3 coming next.

MOVE + FLOW = GLOW

One of the lovely ladies in B**b Camp recently asked:

“If I have thyroid nodules, should I skip that area during my lymphatic sequence?”

My answer was simple: no.

Too often, when we find a lump, bump, or nodule, our instinct is to avoid touching it altogether. But my belief is that these areas still need attention, awareness, and support.

Just like I teach women not to ignore their breasts because they have lumps, I don’t believe we should pretend other areas of the body don’t exist either.

The body thrives on movement and activation.

When you’re doing your lymphatic sequence, the goal is to support the body’s natural processes and acknowledge the areas that need support, not avoid them.

I think it’s important that we become familiar with our bodies, understand what’s normal for us, and stay connected to the areas that may need a little extra attention.

After all, you can’t support something you’re pretending isn’t there.

When people start comparing compression systems, they’re often surprised by how much flexibility the CJ+CO Compression Circulate offers.

It’s not just about compression. It’s about having a system that can adapt to your individual needs.

One of the standout features is the ability for two people to use the same pump, making it a great option for households, partners, or clinics wanting to maximise value from a single unit.

Unlike many systems that offer limited treatment options, the Compression Circulate can be configured for full-body support, allowing you to target multiple areas depending on your goals.

It also gives you the ability to manually adjust and focus compression on specific regions. Whether you’re looking to prioritise certain areas or customise your session based on your own requirements, you’re in control of the experience.

For me, that’s what sets it apart.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a system designed to work with your body and your needs.

This is a daily affirmation for you to say every day…

“Every single cell inside my body, every single cell is happy and well.” ☀️

Read that again, slowly.

Because words are not just cute. They are instructions.
And the body is always listening.

So here is the reminder
you do not need a perfect life to feel good.
You need little moments that bring the system back online.

Sun on the skin.
Feet moving.
Breath deep.
Family close.
Smile on purpose.

Say it while you walk.
Say it while you make a cup of tea.
Say it when you feel yourself spiralling.

Every single cell inside my body, every single cell is happy and well.

Save this.
Use it tomorrow. 💛

Some women spend years doing everything they’ve been told to do.

They clean up their diet, drink more water, exercise, and still watch their body change in ways that don’t make sense.

Their legs become heavier. Their body becomes sore. They develop lumps, bumps, swelling, and discomfort that can’t be explained by lifestyle alone.

For many women, the answer isn’t a lack of willpower. It may be a condition like lipoedema, which often goes undiagnosed for years.

The earlier it is recognised, the sooner women can begin supporting their body, understanding what’s happening, and connecting with others who truly understand the journey.

No woman should feel dismissed when she knows something isn’t right.

Women carry a lot.

The responsibilities. The expectations.
The pressure to take care of everyone else before taking care of themselves.
That’s why I believe your health routine needs to be simple, realistic, and sustainable.

You don’t need another complicated protocol or something that takes hours out of your day.

My lymphatic sequence takes just 2 minutes and is designed to support your lymphatic system as part of a daily wellness routine.
So many women tell me they know they should be doing more for their health, but they simply don’t have the time.

That’s exactly why I created a solution that can fit into even the busiest lifestyle.

When your health feels overwhelming, start with something simple. Small actions done consistently can make a powerful difference over time.
