You've prepared for your baby. But what about your relationship?

Most expectant couples spend months preparing for their baby's arrival. We research prams, read books, beautifully decorate our baby's nursery and attend antenatal classes. Very few of us are encouraged to prepare for what becoming parents will ask of us as individuals or consider the impact it will have on our relationship.

Holding Us is a one-day workshop for expectant couples and new parents who want to understand the changes parenthood brings to a relationship before they find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or wondering, "Why did nobody tell us this?"

We'll explore the conversations most couples don't know they need to have until after the baby arrives and give you practical tools to navigate this transition in a way that builds deeper connection, creates greater alignment and helps prevent resentment before it takes hold.

​Toptots Melkbosstrand Infants Class (for babies 6 weeks to 3 months) starts next Thursday, July 30th at 11:00 AM—and your first trial class is FREE 🤍

​Here’s what to expect:
♡ ​Gentle IAIM baby massage, sensory stimulation & gross motor fun
♡ ​A warm, safe space where baby's routine comes first (private feeding room available)
♡ ​Coffee & time after class to connect with other moms ☕🤍
