Signs you might be dehydrated: headaches at 3pm, losing words mid-sentence, feeling like you have a short fuse… trust me - I’ve been there! If you’re wondering why everything feels harder than it should, maybe you’ve been running low on hydration without even realising it.

So just drink more water, right? Well yes… and no. What’s interesting is that water on its own can go straight through you, but when you add electrolytes - particularly sodium - it helps your body actually absorb the fluid more effectively. Try adding a pinch of Celtic salt to your glass every now and then to help give it a bit of activation.

And if you’ve been running on empty for a while, our clinical team is happy to talk through whether IV hydration is appropriate for you.

Briggy (left) - RN and Founder of Resolve IV Health.

With 17 years as a registered nurse, much of it in critical care, Briggy spent years supporting people deep in the trenches of chronic disease.

Over time, a realisation grew: she didn’t just want to help people manage illness - she wanted to help prevent it in the first place.

This is where Resolve IV Health was born 🧡
A place that works WITH the body, supporting its natural ability to heal through natural therapies.

Briggy’s heart is for each person here to feel seen, heard, and cared for in a calm and comfortable space!

Now meet Nerrine (Right) - RN and midwife for 20+ years, & worked in the IV therapy space for 6+ years 💧
Nerrine is passionate about bringing her wealth of knowledge into this space, journeying with people through health challenges. She understands how deficiencies in the body lead to dis-ease, and is such a warmth in this space!
