What a great 1st Self Defence session we had on Saturday at the Cardwell Coast Guard clubhouse.
Thanks to Jonathan at Fusion Fight & Fitness in Tully and Tully Support Centre for hosting the session.
There are still two more sessions available.
Come on Cardwell ladies take advantage of some free training and the opportunity to learn some self defence skills and awareness 👍.
