GROUP FITNESS - classes run in Carine on a Monday 9.15 am, 5.15pm and Friday 9.15am. The classes focus on strength, cardio, flexibility and fun. You will be motivated to be the BEST VERSION OF YOU to reach your personal goals! Kiddies welcome. ONLINE ZOOM - classes run Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6.15am. PERSONAL TRAINING - available on request.
