Meet Maria 🌟 Maria joined our team this year and works from our Caringbah space on Friday’s. Maria is a clinical counsellor and has immediate availability. Here’s some info….

Maria is deeply committed to supporting young people, families and individuals experiencing emotional distress, identity challenges, and relational difficulties. With a background in school-based and community mental health programs, she brings experience in working with adolescents navigating anxiety, school refusal, low self-esteem, and the impacts of domestic and family violence.

Maria’s therapeutic style is warm, attentive and person-centred. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based practice, creative therapies and family-focused modalities.

Maria is passionate about helping people explore their cultural identity, navigate family and generational differences, and strengthen their relationships. Maria also works with couples.
