Excited to announce that Monica will be running a Stretch & Mobility Class twice a week at Breathe In Studio!!!

A 45 min fun interactive recovery class combining dynamic stretching, static stretching, mobility exercises to release hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders as well as using foam rollers and small balls for myofascial release.

Limited to 8 people so bookings are essential.

With every inhale we make a little more space, and with every exhale we let something go. It’s simple, it’s ancient, and it meets you exactly where you are — no experience needed, just you and your breath and a safe place with others choosing gentleness on a winter’s day 🙏 plus a cup of hot ginger tea & wrapped up in a blanket to finish our Sunday arvo session ❤️

Reset your nervous system, unlock energy, and create deep inner stillness. Starting with a calming meditation, the session moves into guided circular breathing techniques and extended breath holds to activate the parasympathetic system, boost oxygen efficiency, and build emotional resilience.
