If you’re craving a deeply relaxing Friday evening, this Sound Bath is the perfect way to soften your whole system and ease into the weekend feeling grounded and renewed.

Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls as you settle in with your mat, blanket and pillow. Expect deep rest, nervous system soothing and a gentle reset after a big week.

✨️ Studio Update ✨️

Though our time at Glen Huntly has been brief, it’s been incredibly life changing. The connections built and support within the Highest Form community have been truly special. 🙏

As we plan on relocating and begin a new chapter to find our next yoga home for our community, I feel so blessed to have connected with so many beautiful souls along my yoga journey 🦋

The Highest Form tribe is filled with the most genuine, humble, and loving people, all on their unique journeys of healing, discovery, and growth 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

Aloun and I can’t thank you enough for the fun and memorable chapter we’ve shared at Glen Huntly. A special thank you to the sacred Glen Huntly space for bringing us all together—what a gift it has been! 💫

This Sunday, February 2nd, will be our final day at the studio. And we’d love for you to join and flow with us, capture the memorable moment, and tag us for our last class as we celebrate this chapter. 🌼

This isn’t a goodbye—it’s a “see you again soon” 💕

With trust in divine timing, once our new space is found, we’ll share the exciting news. Until then, we can’t wait for our paths to cross again. ✨

✨ Exciting News & New Beginnings! ✨

We have an exciting update to share with you all! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be temporarily closing our doors at 1236 Glen Huntly Rd.

But don’t worry, this is just the Universe guiding us towards something even bigger and brighter! 🌟

This moment is truly a redirection, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin the search for a new space where we can continue to share this transformative practice with our incredible community.

To everyone who has been a part of the Highest Form journey — your love, energy, and unwavering support have been the heart of our studio. You’ve helped create something so special, and we are deeply grateful for each and every one of you! 🙏

Our last day at 1236 Glen Huntly Rd will be Sunday, February 2nd. We can’t wait to practice with you all during our final week at this location.

We are in the process of arranging refunds and will be in touch with affected members soon. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help❕️

We truly believe this is a powerful sign from the Universe guiding us to a higher path, and we are filled with excitement for what 2025 will bring! ✨
