For NAIDOC Week 2006, our clients and teams across all four Activity Centres brought together a 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 – a shared artwork shaped by fingerprints, seasons and the stories each person carries.

The four pieces joined together forming a meaningful reminder of the unity of shared community, respect for Country and stories made stronger by being brought together.

Men’s Health Week encourages men to put their health and wellbeing in focus. Occupational Therapist Alex says putting the right supports in place can help clients stay independent, confident and in control.

It’s a reminder that caring for your health isn’t always about big moments. Sometimes it’s the simple changes that keep you moving, safe and doing what you enjoy throughout your days.

Staying well is aided by making the right adjustments as life changes. Small shifts can really matter.
