Here's some steps to stay safe when it is hot:

🍉 Drink cold drinks and eat smaller cold meals (fruit and salads) more frequently
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💧 A good way to check that you are properly hydrated is to look at the colour of your urine; if it is pale you are drinking enough, if it is dark, drink more!

👚 Wear light coloured, loose-fitting clothes
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☀️ Stay out of the sun:

☀️🕶 Wearing plenty of sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses when you are out
