Aloha!!!

I've been reflecting on something lately, and I'd genuinely love to hear from my wonderful clients.

When I recently looked at the pricing of Kahuna and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massages elsewhere, I was surprised to see sessions commonly priced around $200 for an hour and over $300 for two hours.

It made me stop and ask myself... What do my clients feel my sessions are worth?

I've always believed that healing shouldn't only be available as a once-a-year luxury. My hope has always been to keep my sessions accessible enough that someone who truly values bodywork could enjoy regular treatments, not just save up for a special occasion.

At the same time, as a therapist, I also need to ensure my work is sustainable. Giving this style of bodywork takes a lot physically, emotionally and energetically, and I can only offer a limited number of sessions each week while still giving every client my absolute best.

So I'd love your honest thoughts...

💛 What do you honestly feel a 90-minute or 2-hour HeartWorks Lomi Lomi, or Kahuna Bodywork session with me is worth?
💛 Is affordability something you value most, or would you happily pay more knowing it supports a therapist to continue offering this work?

Pure Aloha Sessions

A Hawaiian Bodywork session is so much more than a massage.

Sometimes there is very little bodywork at all. A session may focus on breath, energy awareness, emotional release, stillness, or simply creating space for deep healing. Every journey is unique because every person arrives with different needs.

I'm not even sure how to label this style of session. The closest words I have are Pure Aloha.

A Pure Aloha Session begins with your intention. From there, we allow the experience to unfold naturally, using whatever techniques feel most supportive in that moment.

Your journey may include guided breathwork, Hawaiian bodywork, energy work, meditation, sound, movement, inner child exploration, time in nature, complete surrender to the elements, a four-hour Temple Bodywork experience, or something entirely different. There is no script—only a gentle unfolding guided by presence, intuition, and your willingness to explore.

These sessions require openness and trust. They invite you beyond the familiar experience of a traditional massage and into a space of self-discovery, healing, and awareness.

We begin by sitting together and setting a heartfelt intention. From there, I gently guide and hold space while you journey inward.

A Pure Aloha Session can be experienced on your own, with your partner, or with a family member.

Perhaps you're someone who:
Feels called to deepen your self-awareness.
Wants to explore new ways of regulating and releasing emotions.
Is finding it difficult to let go of the past.
Is moving through grief, heartbreak, or a major life transition.

PATH TO ALOHA – ORACLE DECK UPDATE ✨
After many months of deep reflection, creativity, research, and heart-centred work, I am so excited to share that I have completed the two most important foundations of the Path to Aloha Emotional Alchemy Oracle Deck — the Shadow Cards and the Anchor Cards.
This deck has been lovingly created to help people better understand their emotional landscape, recognise the states they move through each day, and develop the awareness needed to transform those experiences.
The Shadow Cards represent the emotional states that can leave us feeling disconnected, reactive, stuck, fearful, overwhelmed, or out of alignment. They are not "bad" emotions, but important messengers inviting us to pause, listen, and learn.
The Anchor Cards represent the grounded states of being that help us feel connected, empowered, present, loving, peaceful, and aligned with our true nature. They offer a pathway home to ourselves.
Together, these cards form the foundation of emotional alchemy — the art of recognising where we are, understanding why we are there, and consciously moving towards greater presence, self-awareness, and emotional freedom.
Today I am sharing a small preview of the original artwork that brings these cards to life. Each piece has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the energy and essence of the emotional state it represents.
