We know life gets busy — but lately we've had more appointments where patients don't arrive and haven't let us know. When that happens, someone else who's been waiting to see a doctor misses out.

When you get an appointment reminder from us, please take a moment to reply. A simple YES or NO tells us whether you're coming. And if something changes and you can't make it, just let us know — that way we can offer your spot to another patient on our cancellation list.

💚 Do you have a chronic medical condition?

If you're living with an ongoing condition — diabetes, heart or lung disease, arthritis, chronic pain and others — a chronic condition management plan can help you and your doctor set clear goals for your care, and may give you access to Medicare-subsidised allied health services such as physiotherapy, podiatry or dietetics.

Not sure whether you have a plan, or when it was last reviewed? Give us a call on 08 7648 7000 and have a chat with one of our nurses. They can check your records, talk through what's involved, and arrange an appointment with your doctor if a review would be helpful.

📅 VIDEO & TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS — Dr Marissa Zamora

Dr Zamora will be available for video and telephone consultations from Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September.

These appointments are not available to book online. To book, please phone the clinic on 08 7648 7000.

There are some Medicare eligibility rules around telehealth appointments, so our reception team will go through the details with you when you call and let you know what suits your situation best.

All Medicare-eligible consultations are bulk billed.

Please note telehealth isn't suitable for everything — if you need to be examined, we'll arrange a face-to-face appointment in the clinic instead. In an emergency, always call 000.

Booking a phone or video appointment? Please read first.

Medicare has specific rules about who can receive a telephone or video consultation. To be eligible, you need either an in-person appointment at our practice within the last 12 months, or registration with us through MyMedicare. A previous phone or video appointment does not count.

Please book telephone and video appointments by phoning reception on 08 7648 7000. We check every telehealth booking before the day of your appointment — if you don't meet the Medicare requirements, we'll give you a call, explain why, and rebook you for a face-to-face appointment instead. Please make sure we have your current phone number.
