How to find us! 🚗

The easiest way is to type in “Bump Recovery Physio” into google maps which will bring you to our entrance on Pearson St.

There is street parking right out the front. Alternatively you can use the parking in Charlestown Square.

If you enter via Frederick street and park on parking level 2 or exit the shopping centre on the ground floor near Sushi Hub and Terry White Chemmart. Look for the Flip Out sign and walk through the alleyway. We are just across the road.

We hope this help!!! 🅿️🅿️

TMI? What’s that?

All information is good information when it comes to pelvic floor function, symptoms, and rehabilitation.

We often ask questions about:
🌟 bladder symptoms like leaking, volumes, frequency or emptying completely
🌟 bowel symptoms like constipation, straining, or feeling clean
🌟 sexual symptoms like pain with in*******se
🌟 prolapse symptoms like heaviness in the va**na, a dragging sensation, or “feeling not quite right”

The more information you feel comfortable sharing, the more information we have to create a plan to help you feel your best.

Contact us on 0473430643 if you have any questions or book a pelvic floor physiotherapy appointment online- link in our bio 🫶

🌸 Women’s Health Week | Day 5 🌸
Today is about the power of connection. 💗

Taking time to check in with the women around us, share a conversation, lend an ear, laugh together, or simply remind someone that they’re not alone.

Sometimes we can feel disconnected, even when we are surrounded by people.

Our health and wellbeing are strengthened by the people we connect with. 🤍

So today, reach out. Start a conversation. Make space for connection.

Because we’re stronger, healthier and happier together. ✨

🌸WOMEN’S HEALTH WEEK | DAY 4 | TO BREATHE

A little something from Amanda, one of our women’s health physios 🤍

Pregnancy and postpartum can be vulnerable times for our mental health. Between hormonal changes, sleep deprivation, physical recovery, feeding and the huge transition into motherhood, it’s easy for us to fall down the priority list.
As a mum myself, I’ve found it really helpful to have a little list of things that help me feel grounded and more like myself.

Sometimes it’s 5 minutes outside, a walk, a dip in the ocean or catching up with a friend. Sometimes it’s a massage, some time alone or asking for a little more help. And sometimes it’s reaching out for professional support.

The little things count. The big things count. And asking for help counts too. 🤍

This Women’s Health Week, take a breath and check in with yourself.

What helps you feel like you again?
