Our behaviour support practitioners assess, write the plan, then train and work with the people around the person: family, support workers, school staff and Supported Independent Living homes. At home, at school and in the community.

Everyone deserves a good team in their corner.

At Care Alliance Allied Health & Supports, our psychologists lead a team of clinicians working together around you: psychology, behaviour support, OT, physio, registered nursing and high intensity support. We're there at home, out in the community, and in our Supported Independent Living homes. Our registered nurses visit clients for catheter changes, continence assessments and wound care, and our 13 wheelchair-accessible vans can pick you up.

Supporting NDIS participants across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Port Stephens and the Central Coast.

It was a privilege to attend Allison’s beautiful funeral on Monday and to celebrate her life with her family and loved ones. Hearing the memories shared gave us a deeper insight into her life before her illness and created a truly meaningful tribute to her.

We would also like to acknowledge the dedicated support workers who cared for Allison over so many years. Their compassion, patience, love and commitment, particularly through the most difficult times, made such a meaningful difference to her life and wellbeing.

It was especially touching to hear the support workers acknowledged and thanked so warmly in the eulogy, even before the family and other guests. This was a beautiful reflection of the important role they played in Allison’s life and the deep appreciation felt for everything they did.

Our thoughts are with everyone who loved Allison. She will be remembered with great affection.
