Dr Moncrieff performed a breast reduction, uplift and ar**la reshaping to reduce this patient’s cup size and reveal more of her upper torso. In conjunction, he performed an abdominoplasty (also known as a tummy tuck) to remove excess skin and repair re**us diastasis post pregnancy and mass weight loss. Dr Moncrieff performed a breast augmentation (or augmentation mammoplasty in medical terms) using 245cc anatomical implants, a custom dual plane technique and fat grafting to achieve natural-looking volume and close-set cleavage lines.

WHAT IS FAT GRAFTING?
Fat grafting refers to the removal of fat cells from one area and reinjection to another using liposuction techniques. While Dr Moncrieff doesn’t perform fat transfer to the breasts as a stand-alone procedure, he will often combine this technique with breast augmentation to help correct volume, shape or contour irregularities, provide coverage over the breast implants for a more natural appearance, or create close-set cleavage lines. Dr Moncrieff performed a breast reduction, uplift and ni**le reshaping using an internal bra technique to reposition the breasts back onto the chest wall and reveal more of the upper torso. Her cup size was reduced from a 12DD/E to a 12C!
