Terry White Chemmart Charnwood is a Northern Canberra community pharmacy challenging the delivery of primary health care, by offering services extending beyond traditional medicine and dispensing. Why Belconnen?

Asthma is one of Canberra's most common chronic health conditions. Belconnen — particularly Charnwood — experiences some of the highest rates of childhood asthma in regional Australia, making it an important community to learn from and support.

Asthma Australia is inviting children, families, carers and anyone involved in supporting children with asthma to share their experiences and ideas through the Breathe Better in Belconnen initiative.

We're asking organisations, community groups, schools, health services, sporting clubs and local networks to:

> Complete a survey if asthma affects you, your family or the people you support.

> Share a survey with your members, clients, staff, families and community networks.

Hepatitis C can be cured with highly effective treatments.
