Hi beautiful LLW community 💕

I’m Laura, the new owner and grateful steward of this little sanctuary we all love.

Many of you know that Live Life Well was created with so much heart by Cara, whose vision and care shaped this studio into the vibrant, welcoming home it is today. I want to honour her, as well as the incredible teaching team who have held this space with so much devotion.

You’ll soon see some new things unfolding (with a few exciting updates on the way 👀✨), all intended to give you more ways to move, connect, and feel supported. But at its core, nothing is shifting - this remains your space, held with the same warmth, integrity, and community values that define LLW.

I can’t wait to meet each of you, hear your stories, and thrive together in this beautiful beachside community. 🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️

Laura is incredibly excited to take on this new chapter. She wants everyone to know that the heart and essence of LLW will remain the same, with no timetable or teacher changes planned in the near future. She’s looking forward to meeting all of you and becoming part of our loving community. An introduction email from her will be coming soon, so keep an eye on your inbox!

To everyone who has ever stepped through our doors — to practice, to teach, to train, or to help behind the scenes — thank you. You’ve been part of something truly special.

I’ll be back in December to say a proper farewell, join some classes as a student, and hopefully give you all a big hug in person.

Dear LLW Family,

After 14 wonderful years, I’m writing to share some heartfelt news — Live Life Well has officially found a new owner.

It’s bittersweet to say that I’ve sold the studio, but I couldn’t be happier to announce that Laura, the beautiful soul behind Yogaharta in Seaford, will be taking over Live Life Well from this coming Monday.

Laura is the perfect fit for our LLW community — warm, grounded, and deeply passionate about yoga, Pilates, and people. I’m so excited to see her breathe new life into our beloved space and guide it to new heights.

As many of you know, I’ve been living in Bali for the past three years, and my life has shifted in new and exciting ways. Since welcoming my third baby, I haven’t been able to be at the studio — physically or energetically — in the way I truly wanted to. And while that has been a hard reality to accept, it’s also made it clear that it’s time for someone new to nurture LLW and carry it forward with the love and presence it deserves.

It’s with a very full heart that I say goodbye to a place that has meant so much to me. LLW has carried me through so many chapters of my life — through joy, growth, and challenge — and it has been such a privilege to grow alongside all of you.

Over the years, LLW has been home to some of the most dedicated and brilliant teachers, and I want to thank each and every one of them. This studio simply wouldn’t be what it is today without their passion and commitment. (more in next post)
