We wish to welcome Dr Amy Welsh to the Coast team.

Amy graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Science) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). During her final placements, she volunteered across multiple community services, providing osteopathic care to clients from diverse backgrounds and ages.
As an osteopath, Amy believes everyone should have the opportunity to understand what’s happening, why it occurred and how to manage it in the short and long term via manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education. Amy is dedicated to helping everyone achieve their goals, whether they are elite sporting, or general daily tasks.
With over 10+ years of experience in gymnastics as an athlete and coach, Amy developed a strong interest in sports injury recovery and prevention. She has worked with and participated in local Australian rules football clubs, Pilates and endurance sports, and now competes in Ironman distance triathlons.
Amy has completed further training in myofascial dry needling, cupping, kinesiology taping, Functional Balance Ligamentous technique, Pilates, and running mechanics.
