First Avenue Health Hub at 13 First Avenue, Chinchilla is looking for a Part Time Registered Nurse to work with our caring team. We are an Accredited practice that prides itself on Holistic Care. We work closely as a team to ensure positive outcomes for all our patients.
You would require current APHRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
You will provide nursing care and attend to Care Planning in the management of acute and chronic health needs for the patients.
You will motivate and mentor team members to achieve best practice health outcomes.
You would need to be empathetic, and have good verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to document all actions in the patient’s personal file.
You will need to be flexible in your hours.
Contract and Hours of work to be discussed with the principal GP.
Minimum of 2 Referees to be listed in Resume
