At your first session, we’ll guide you through a short mental health screening. From there, our senior clinician will talk with you about what’s going on and suggest some next steps. You are able to decide what the sessions look like.

NMHPV's Senior Clinician Cheri Huggins speaks with endocrinologist Dr Sonia Davison about perimenopause and menopause and the physical, emotional and psychological changes women may experience.

They explore why symptoms vary so widely between women, the particular challenges menopause can present for nurses and midwives working in demanding healthcare environments, and the importance of recognising symptoms rather than simply struggling through them.
