You thought we were finished? Nope. We’ve got another huge announcement coming your way.

The Little Food Festival is adding not just one, but TWO amazing locations to our lineup of events. After Launceston in October, we’ve got another day of little foodie fun in January.

Where do you think stop number two is?

We can’t wait to bring all the Little Food Festival fun to Launceston. Join us this October 14 & 15 in Civic Square for Australia’s iconic food festival for kids, Tassie edition.

Best of all, it’s free! We’ll be sharing partner details, programming, activities and entertainment details very soon. See you there, 10am–4pm both days.

We're thrilled to be bringing The Little Food Festival to Launceston for the very first time, thanks to a new partnership between the Sandro Demaio Foundation and the City of Launceston.

Your little ones love can get their hands dirty planting seedlings, try new things and learn how food gets from paddock to plate. There's something for the whole family to enjoy this October at Civic Square.

The Little Food Festival is making its way to Launceston for the very first time! Growing the next generation of food lovers, makers, and innovators in a City of Gastronomy.

Get ready for two days packed with tasty discoveries, cooking demonstrations, interactive workshops and so much more. From planting and growing to tasting and creating, there'll be something for every curious young food explorer.

We can't wait to bring the magic of Little Food Festival to Launceston this October and help even more children discover where food comes from and why it matters.

Our festival days are chock-full of new flavours to try and cooking demos to see. This year, we thought we'd ask kids what they like to cook. And boy did we get some scrum-diddly-umptious answers! What a talented bunch. What recipes get your kids keen to join you in the kitchen?
