Massage by the sea is Sydney's Eastern suburbs leading massage and infrared sauna centre. We have an infrared saunas at our Clovelly indoor clinic.

We offer a variety of services including:
Outdoors massage at Wylies Baths in Coogee and year round massage appointments at our Clovelly indoor centre location at 199 Clovelly Rd, Randwick, NSW, 2031. Our massage modalities include: remedial, sports, deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, dry brush detox, dry needling, hot stone and organic facial & massage packages.

Mark is one of our experienced Remedial Massage Therapists at Massage by the Sea.

Known for his strong, flowing massage style, Mark tailors every treatment to your individual needs using a blend of Swedish and remedial massage techniques. His goal is to help you feel relaxed, move more freely, and leave feeling your very best.

With a background as a chef and a passion for nutrition and holistic health, Mark brings a whole-body approach to wellbeing and client care.

You'll find Mark at our Clovelly clinic on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and at our beautiful Coogee outdoor clinic on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. 🏖️🌊

✨ Massage, Magnesium & Muscle Recovery ✨

Healthy muscles need a combination of movement, recovery, nutrition, and self-care.

A 2024 systematic review by Tarsitano et al. (Journal of Translational Medicine) found that magnesium supplementation may help reduce exercise-related muscle soreness and support recovery, although further research is needed to understand the ideal dose and timing.
