Fulham GP would like to say farewell to Dr Melissa Ling who has completed her post graduate training term at Fulham GP. Dr Ling has been a much valued doctor and we wish her all the very best as she progresses to completing her GP Fellowship.

Fulham GP has registered a "Verified" SMS Sender ID to help protect you from fraudulent messages.

Messages from Fulham GP that do not require a response will now display "FulhamGP" as the sender. However, messages that require a reply (for example, appointment confirmations) will be sent from a mobile number, but should not be marked as "Unverified".

If you receive any message claiming to be from Fulham GP that is marked as "Unverified", please treat it as suspicious. Do not reply to the message. Instead, ring the practice on 9277 8688 to verify its authenticity.

Fee update - please be advised that from 1 July 2026, Fulham GP consultation fees will be increasing in line with CPI (and subsequent cost increases). This is inclusive of the 2.5% indexation of Medicare rebates. A list of common fees is available on the website www.fulhamgp.com.au/fees

Flu vaccines for those 65+ years are now available at Fulham GP. Please book into a "Flu Vaccine" clinic either online or by phoning 9277 8688 to minimise your appointment waiting time.
This year the WA Government is once again providing free Flu vaccines for those younger than 65 years during May and June. Please book your appointment for a free vaccine from 1 May.
Children between 2 to 11 years will be eligible for the free Influenza Nasal Spray called FluMist from May.

Fulham GP would like to welcome Dr Des Taverner who will soon commence consultations on Saturdays. Dr Taverner has extensive experience in all aspects of general practice and has recently relocated from Broome. She has a special interest in mental health, antenatal care (up to 20 weeks), family planning, contraception (including IUCD insertions and implants), and procedures including iron infusions and venesections. Dr Taverner will commence Saturday sessions from 2 May. We extend a very warm welcome to Dr Des Taverner!
