What's the right treatment?"

It may be one of the most common questions in practice. It's a fair question, but perhaps the better question is:

"What's the right approach for me, my goals, and my situation?"

I've explored this idea in my latest blog. To be honest, writing blogs isn't something that comes naturally to me. I'd much rather be having these conversations in person than putting my thoughts into writing however, I'm trying to challenge myself to share more of what I see and learn in practice.

Exciting News: We’re Evolving... 👐➡️🦴

After 14 years of practice as a Myotherapist and an additional 5 years of study, I’m proud to share that I’ve officially graduated as an Osteopath.

What does this mean for you?
If you're an existing client, your records will need a quick update to reflect the change in title and scope of practice. From now on, you’ll be seeing me as an osteopath, which expands the range of care and services I can provide.

This includes:
🔹 Ongoing hands-on treatment like dry needling, myofascial cupping, and soft tissue therapy
🔹 PLUS additional techniques such as joint manipulation (HVLA) and expanded exercise rehabilitation and management
🔹 Private health rebates now available under osteopathy
🔹 Eligibility for care under WorkSafe, TAC, and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans via your GP which may be partly rebated through Medicare
🔹 More comprehensive assessment and treatment for a broader range of musculoskeletal concerns

This is a continuation and an expansion of the care you’ve come to know and trust. I’m incredibly grateful for your support and look forward to helping you move and feel your best as an osteopath.
