Walking tall and breathing through your nose encourages your diaphragm to move more freely and efficiently.

As your posture improves and your chest opens, the diaphragm has more room to expand and contract. This can help:

• Encourage deeper, calmer breathing

• Reduce tension in the neck and shoulders
• Improve core stability and posture

Next time you go for a walk, imagine a string gently lifting the crown of your head towards the sky. Relax your shoulders, soften your jaw, and breathe slowly through your nose.
