Today is World Sexual Health Day. A day where we globally raise awareness about sexual health, rights and justice.

This year theme is Every Body. It reminds us that sexual health, rights and justices belongs to everyone regardless of their gender, age and sexuality.

Lets break down barriers and ensure that every body have accessible, stigma-free sexual healthcare.

Today is Wear it Purple Day. This year's theme is Colours of Courage.

Courage is shown in many different ways among the LGBTQIA+SB young people, allies, and communities. These acts of courage can include speaking up and making changes to create a safer place for young people. Courage also includes living authentically with pride and showing support to those who have bravely come out.

At Family Planning NT, we aim to create an inclusive and safe place for young people in the LGBTQIA+SB community. We believe everyone has the right to access to healthcare regardless of their identity and sexuality.

Wear something purple today to show your support for the LGBTQIA+SB young people.

This week, we had the honour of hosting the Sexual and Reproductive Board and CEO meeting. We want to thank everyone who contributed their time, insights, and expertise. We appreciate your dedication and look forward to continuing our work together to make a positive impact.
