Vedic Meditation is a simple, natural and effortless, life-supporting mental technique.

It allows the mind to settle beyond thought, giving the body profound rest while releasing accumulated stress and fatigue.
With regular practice, life is met with greater clarity, resilience, energy and ease.

Unlike many forms of meditation, Vedic Meditation isn’t about concentrating, controlling the mind or trying to stop thoughts. It is an effortless technique traditionally always learned in a teacher–student in-person setting over four consecutive days (90 min each day)
This gradual approach is very important as it allows the practice to be received naturally, understood deeply, and integrated with confidence into daily life to become self-sufficient meditator.

Learning Vedic Meditation is more than receiving a personalised mantra and the technique itself. It is the beginning of a lifelong relationship with your practice and, if you choose, with your teacher—within an unbroken tradition of knowledge that has been carefully preserved for thousands of years.

I’ll be teaching throughout Europe during August and September - if you’re around Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Hungary - get in touch !

If you’ve been considering learning, you’re warmly invited to join one of my online Introductory Talks while I’m away. They’re a relaxed opportunity to meet with me, ask questions, understand the practice, and discover whether Vedic Meditation is right for you.

For our Australian community, community events and begginers courses will resume from October across the Coffs Coast, wider Mid North Coast, Lower Clarence Valley and beyond.

🪷 For Vedic meditators wishing to deepen their practice:

• Exploring the Veda by my master teacher Thom Knoles Part 5 begins on 24 September.

• A new Exploring the Veda Part 1 cohort will begin on 23 October in Coffs Harbour (Jetty area).

If you’d like to explore ETV or discuss your eligibility, I’d love to hear from you.

I’d love to share this beautiful, timeless practice and knowledge with you. 🤍🪷

📩 DM or email me for upcoming Introductory Talk dates, Learn to Meditate courses, Advanced Meditation Techniques, or Exploring the Veda.

ꨄ Life on the surface can be turbulent…
there is depth beneath the waves. 🌊

The surface of the ocean can be wild, turbulent, and constantly changing… much like the surface of life itself.

The waves continue to come and go — responsibilities, emotions, challenges, uncertainty. Life doesn’t become still because we meditate.

But through Vedic Meditation, we begin to experience something deeper — a quieter field of being beneath the waves, much like the stillness of the ocean floor.

Meditators don’t stop experiencing the waves of life — they simply become more established in the depth beneath all the excitation 🤍

Curious to learn more? I offer a complimentary Intro Talk where I share more about Vedic Meditation and answer any questions you might have.

One of the young stars I had the honour of teaching Vedic meditation to at the start of 2026 is six years old ✨

Did you know children can learn from as young as five when meditation is offered gently, joyfully, and without pressure?
We even offer newborn mantra—but that’s a whole separate post ꨄ

When I first saw this artwork, he had created it all by himself at home—without knowing much about meditation 🎨🕉️ -
it felt like a little window into his inner world:
full of curiosity, presence, and wonder.
It captured a sense of something bigger than himself—a small, beautiful glimpse of the universal, woven with many hearts—the precious essence of human life.

Children can learn Vedic meditation when introduced in a supportive way, when at least one parent/carer meditates.
The key is interest, never pressure.

With his parent present, we honoured both playfulness and the sacred ancient tradition.

I loved this session just as much as he did—if not more☺️.

Seeds of calm, peace, and creative intelligence planted early last a lifetime. Truly, his parents are raising a yogi 💛.

A Short Story from Me

When winter even thinks about arriving here on the Mid North Coast (usually sometime in May), I pull my doona out of the cupboard.
(Doona/h is an Aussie word for a soft quilted blanket or duvet.)

My family laughs because I practically disappear into it. I meditate wrapped in it, make a cocoon out of it when I go to sleep, and sometimes wonder if I might just fuse with it entirely. Its comfort turned up to 200%!

But then spring arrives (it’s coming soon ☀️!), and suddenly the same blanket that felt like heaven becomes a recipe for overheating and slight suffering.
So, I fold it up and tuck it away.

Here’s the funny part:
I don’t pine for it. I don’t sit in the hot summer sun, sighing, “Oh, my blanket…”
I completely forget it exists until the next cool weather whispers through. Total non-attachment!

And honestly, the blanket doesn’t seem to mind. It doesn’t sulk in the cupboard, offended that I’ve abandoned it. It waits patiently for its season.

Meanwhile, if I clung to it for all the wrong reasons—dragging it through sweaty nights—I’d only make myself more miserable.

That’s when it clicks: this is what non-attachment looks like in real life.
Enjoying fully when the moment is right, letting go easily when the moment has passed.

If we can manage that with a blanket, perhaps we can manage it with bigger things too—identities, stories, all the ways we try to keep ourselves cocooned.

And if a humble doona can surrender without fuss, maybe we can, too.

In the same way, Vedic Meditation practice teaches us how to rest deeply when it’s time to rest, act fully when it’s time to act, and let go when the moment has passed.

If this way of living speaks to you, I invite you to learn more about just how easy it is to learn Vedic Meditation and integrate it into your life.

Join me in a complimentary INTRO TALK - you can book it via the link in my bio 🔝 or dm.
