Sam and I are both hypermobile. What does this mean for us?
We need more Pilates than the average body type to maintain our posture and while some people would find this an inconvenience, we make a lifestyle decision to prioritize Pilates for our health!
It’s been our physio, massage therapist and even GPs recommendation for both of us (me having this prescription for the past 20 years since being diagnosed).
Grateful for our incredible team who work with me as I bring the whole tribe with me! A newborn isn’t a reason to stop, it’s more reason for me to realign and stay strong!
