In my family I live amongst two 5/1 Profiles, a 1/4 Profile and little ol me is a 4/6 Profile.

Those with a 5 in their Profile are known as the problem solvers and those with a 1 in their Profile are known as the investigators. Those of us with a 4 are known as the natural networkers.

I really see this play out when any or all of us are needing info or seeking answers.

💻 The boys want to investigate, research and as much as it infuriates me ‘google it.’ Our youngest loves his books and shows on facts about specific animals, vehicles, the way things work and once he feels confident in his understanding is excited to share what he ‘knows’ with us. Our oldest is enjoying exploring different ways of finding info through tech and challenging us on our opinions and beliefs. My husband will spend a whole lot of time ‘researching’ to find the solution, which ends up being beneficial for many.

☎️ I however call on my people. This isn’t just anyone. I reach out to the ones I trust, not necessarily because they will have the answer, but I trust they will support me in the direction I need to follow. This is generally people I know well but sometimes I just get a really great vibe from someone and I trust it.

It doesn’t feel good for me to spend hours researching and it doesn’t feel good for my husband to go straight to asking a mate. But understanding our designs helps us understand why each of us do what we do in those situations.

Welcome winter ❄️

We are in the sacred season of darkness, stillness and going within. A perfect time to nourish yourself (but when isn’t!).

I am grateful for these moments to sit in warmth and observe nature do it’s magical thing. Not so long ago, I couldn’t see past the gate. Thick fog, strong wind and gentle rain. Each of these views bringing their own beauty.

I have some spaces available throughout this month of June, before the school holidays arrive when I will be working limited hours.

There is something really magical about exiting the warmth and gentle glow of the studio into the darkness and delightful sounds of nature and the farm animals and beauty of the moon and stars above. This is what you get to receive after an evening session in Flo 😌

Not only are you deeply relaxed for your evening, but the gift continues as you walk to your car.

I receive it too, with my short walk back to the house and every time I allow myself some space to just take it all in 🥰

These evening session tend to go pretty quick, but one has popped up on Tuesday 26th May and after that Tuesday 16th June.

I am grateful to have received a Lymphatic Massage myself today from the incredible Sarah and what a gift it was to receive this beautiful treatment.

Sarah mentioned that I drop in easily. I can. Now. After many, many years of working on my nervous system and my ability to comfortably be in stillness. And to be honest, most of it is through my breath. But a huge amount of it is has to do with the person holding space for me. My body feels this so deeply and if I don’t feel safe to let go, I am going to have a pretty hard time dropping in, relaxing and opening to receiving.

I am very particular about who I go to for my massages and bodywork because of this. And you should be too. This is also something I am deeply, deeply passionate about - providing a safe space and altering treatments if necessary to ensure you feel safe throughout your treatment.

Massage and Reiki and any other kind of body work involves an energetic exchange and this cannot be ignored. We are blessed to have many amazing practitioners and therapists in Ballarat and surrounding towns. Please be mindful of who you choose to receive your treatments from and always listen to your intuition.

This little guy has had a rough start to life. You wouldn’t know it with that joyful beautiful smile on his face.

His incredible Mum is reaching out to the community for support in raising money to get Malakai an epilepsy support dog, which will support Malakai and Sophie in so many ways. This family deserves so much and I hope this amazing raffle and go fund me reaches far and wide and they are showered with the love and support this beautiful community gives so willingly 💕
