About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant / Pharmacy Assistants, you will:
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the pharmacy.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and recommend appropriate health and retail products.
• Support the pharmacist with OTC medicines and prescription-related services within your scope of practice.
• Process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and catalogue promotions.
• Support dispensary operations, including prescription processing (scripts in/out).
• Assist with promoting pharmacy services and products within the local community.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented store.
• Be available to work a rotating five-day roster, including weekdays and weekends

Previous pharmacy or retail experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate with the right attitude.
